Water pills are pills which tell the kidneys to express sodium from the body, causing an excretion of excess water as well. They are more properly known as diuretics. I don't take  them consistently cause they mess u up lol, they affect sleep if you take them too late so i'm trying to stagger them (one pill contains more caffeine than i would normally take). What do you mean by the liquid one?? If there is a liquid version and  its better or less dangerous i don't mind switching.... 


My tongue is a bit swollen, not sure if its dehydration or from purging or eating something hot... will have some ice cream when my mom goes up... although its fattening hoping it will help with the swelling of the throat and tongue. Does anyone get these symptoms after purging?
